C-Series Eccentric Disc Pumps
Mouvex’s C-Series eccentric-disc pumps are ideal for shear sensitive products or where there are leakage concerns. The C-Series has no mechanical seals yet is direct coupled to the motor so a magnetic drive unit is not required. Leakage is prevented by a revolutionary bellows system that separates the liquid from the pump shaft. The unique eccentric-disc concept provides high-volume efficiency and gentle handling of shear sensitive products. The C-Series will clear intake and discharge lines of residual material, which is important when pumping expensive fluids. The pumps have excellent self priming capabilities and can dry-run for limited periods. They can be cleaned-in-place (CIP) without disassembly, have 3A (USA) certification and are designed per EHEDG (European Hygienic Equipment Design Group) recommendations.
