Corken

Corken Inc. based in Oklahoma USA, is recognized as a world leader in the manufacture of pumps, compressors and accessories for the LPG and industrial fluids markets. Corken's exceptional reputation is based upon decades of maintaining the highest quality and customer service standards.

Corken truck pumps, stationary pumps, compressors and engineered packages are used in a wide range of applications throughout the world, including fuels, chemicals and liquefied gas. The company is part of IDEX Corporation, a manufacturing group producing proprietary fluid handling and industrial products that are recognized as global market leaders.

Corken are market leader in:

- Sliding vane pumps - used in a wide range of applications within the LPG, refined fuels, and chemical industries. Usually for application requiring >75 l/min

- Regenerative Turbine Pump - pressurises fluid much like a centrifugal pump with a turbine.

- Reciprocating compressors - pull vapor into a cylinder via a suction valve by drawing back a piston to create a low pressure area in the cylinder.

Corken Reciprocating Gas Compressors

Corken offers many types of compressors for a wide variety of applications. Oil-free, non-lubricated and lubricated versions of its vertical compressor are available and depending on the application, single- and two-stage, air-cooled or water-cooled compressors are available in single- and double-acting designs. Corken compressors handle a variety of gasses and can be mounted on trucks or in fixed ground locations.

Corken Reciprocating Gas Compressors

Custom engineered compressor packages available... Corken offers standard mountings designed specifically for liquefied gas transfer, vapor recovery, and gas booster applications. If they do not meet the specifications of the application, Corken can supply a custom engineered package. Skid mounted units are supplied with control panels, safety controls, pulsation dampeners, receiver tanks, valves, and other special accessories as required

Model D891 (double acting)

Model 491 (single acting)

Corken Regenerative Turbine Pumps

Corken's regenerative turbine Coro-Flo® pump was specifically designed for high head, low flow applications involving light liquids. The Autogas regenerative turbine pumps are designed for LPG applications where high differential pressure is required. The regenerative turbine construction provides smooth continuous flow with trouble-free service for volatile liquefied gases.

Corken Rotary Vane Pumps

The positive displacement, sliding-vane design is well suited for higher capacity, medium head pumping applications. The sliding vane design is unique because it can handle small amounts of vapor formed at the pump suction, and the vanes are self-adjusting for extended wear. A variety of sealing options are available and the range includes magnetically coupled pumps.

Corken Rotary Vane Pumps

Corken offers several industrial sliding vane pumps for a wide range of vapor pressures, differential pressures, and viscosities. All industrial pumps are equipped with an adjustable internal relief valve and feature self-adjusting sliding vanes and vane drivers to improve pumping efficiency. And, maintenance is simple. Removing the pump cover gives full access to the rotor, cam, sideplates, seals, and bearings. Drive options include gear reducer, V-belt, and hydraulic.

Suitable liquids include but are not limited to aviation fuel, fuel oil, lube oil, solvents, and liquefied gases such as LPG, ammonia, and carbon dioxide.
