New Zealand Wide Services
Our
Auckland and Wellington branches and selected resellers serve customers
throughout New Zealand and the South Pacific Islands. We are only a
phone call away for enquiries and our sales engineers visit customers
regularly to ensure their pumping and metering requirements are catered
for. Total staff complement is 15 people, made up of 8 sales team
members, 3 workshop engineers, 3 customer-service and administration
staff and 1 marketing/ commercial specialist.

Customer Care and Marketing
We
keep in close touch with our customers to ensure their needs are met
and to add value by telling them about new technology developments,
industry information and new product innovations. We achieve this
though customer visits, editorials and advertisements in technical
journals and (with permission) newsletters and flyers containing
information relevant to specific customers.
Our Customer Relationship Management
(CRM) software helps us personalize our association with each customer
in our large customer base. This reminds us of the details of each
site visit, special processing needs, products purchased and generally
allows us to give each customer a more personal service.
