JEC Sanitary Twin Screw Pumps
  1. Why Choose a Twin Screw Pump?

The twin screw pumps offer a great feature that they can operate over a large speedrange. With this feature, these pumps can have a dual function in hygienic application pumping the product at low speed and the CIP fluid at high speed so No additional CIP pump is needed. Due to the design, the twin screw pump can deliver a pulsation free flow on low viscosity product (<1cP), volatile and gaseous fluids. Also as a result of the design these pumps are able to create a high vacuum causing the pump to be self-priming. The JEC twin screw pump is developed according the highest hygienic specification such as EHEDG and 3A and fulfils the utmost hygienic and efficiency requirements for the most delicate hygienic applications!

JEC Sanitary Twin Screw Pumps

Applications Twin Screw Pump

  • To pump structure sensitive products
  • Pumping fluids with solids
  • Multiple use, operate at low capacities with low RPM's and high RPM’s for CIP cleaning
  • For applications where high viscous products, as well as low viscous products need to be pumped under high pressure.
  • Applications where you need a pulsation free flow

NETZSCH Lobe Pumps

Rotary lobe pumps are equally suitable for low and high-viscous media. Due to their large free ball passage and low rotational speed they are relatively tolerant to blockage and solid materials in the medium. Varying solid content and thereby caused pressure variations are no factor to the flow. Their performance capacity is higher than that of many other positive displacement pumps of the same type. As energy is the most decisive factor of life cycle costs this is one of the most important benefits of this pump technology.

NETZSCH Lobe Pumps

Delivery characteristics of a rotary lobe pump

  • Flow rate up to 1000 m³/h
  • Pressure up to 10 bar
  • Speed: up to 500 rpm
  • Free ball passage: up to 70 mm

Liquid Controls Electronic Flow Registers LectroCount® LCR-II®, POS, RAM, and RF Systems

LectroCount® is an electronic register that replaces the mechanical register, calibration gears and/ or adjuster mechanism traditionally used on many flow meters. Weights & Measures (custody transfer) approved advanced microprocessor based electronic registration, presetting and printing control systems. LectroCount® is designed to meet - even adapt to - your flow meter and process control instrumentation requirements.  Units are rated NEMA-4 non-incendive Class 1, Division 2, Group C & D. LectroCount® accepts pulse input from most flow meters and includes RS232/485 communications capability.  ATEX approved.

The LectroCount is the traditional electronic register technology which we can still support. For the latest technology please see the LC LCR iQ register or call Pump & Machinery

Wilden Plastic Air Operated Diaphragm Pumps

Wilden®plastic pumps are specifically engineered for maximum performance and efficiency in a variety of applications. In choosing a plastic pump over a metal pump, price, chemical compatibility and mobility come into play. Wilden plastic pumps are lighter compared to metal pumps and therefore easier to transport. The Wilden Advanced Series AODD plastic pump is lighter compared to metal pumps and is easier to transport. When chemical compatibility is critical, plastic AODD pumps provide an outstanding option over metal pumps that are incompatible with certain chemicals. The bolted configuration ensures total product containment optimised liquid path reduces internal friction to maximise output and efficiency. The clamped configuration ensures reliability without sacrificing ease of maintenance. The clamp bands are easily removed for replacement of diaphragms and easy cleaning.

A variety of elastomer options, including Teflon® PTFE, are available to meet abrasion, temperature and chemical-compatibility requirements. The Bolted Series plastic pumps are offered in polypropylene, PVDF and Teflon® PFA. A variety of options, such as ANSI and DIN flanges, and specialised air distribution systems (ADS) are available to meet specific application requirements.
