Sulzer Process Pumps
  • CPE ANSI pumps are specifically designed to exceed the strictest energy regulations for all industries as well as the requirements of ANSI/ASME B73.1. With revolutionary hydraulics and high efficiency, they offer the lowest life cycle costs.
  • API 610 / ISO 13709 international standard specifies requirements for overhung, between-bearings and vertically-suspended centrifugal pumps used in petroleum, petrochemical and gas industry process services.
  • CPT chemical end suction single stage centrifugal pumps are used for demanding industrial applications to ensure process reliability, high efficiency and low operating costs. ANSI / ASME B73.1 standard covers centrifugal pumps of horizontal, end suction single stage, centerline discharge design, including dimensional interchangeability requirements and certain design features to facilitate installation and maintenance.
Blackmer Reciprocating Gas Compressors

The single and two stage Blackmer reciprocating gas compressors create a low-pressure area in the pumping chamber when the piston moves from the highest point of the stroke to the lowest. Gaseous product (at a higher pressure in the tank) moves into the pumping chamber of the gas compressor. This volume of gas is then displaced when the piston moves to the top of the stroke.

Blackmer Reciprocating Gas Compressors

Equipped with high efficiency valves, ductile iron pistons, self-adjusting piston rod seals and other robust features, these reciprocating gas compressors are designed to provide maximum performance and reliability under the most severe service conditions. They are also a critical component in the design of oil and gas vapor recovery units (VRUs).

Lewa Process Pump-Metering Packages

Petrochemicals generate starting products for the manufacture of plastics, pharmaceuticals, colorants, detergents, and other products. The most important operations are the various splitting or cracking processes (e.g. steam cracking, hydrocracking). These processes convert long-chained hydrocarbons (e.g., naphtha) into short-chained ones.

LEWA supports your production plants with effective additive metering, as well as with the conveying and treatment of washing water and sour water.

LEWA offers you specialized solutions for the metering and conveyance of the required chemicals and products. We design pumps and systems to suit your requirements and offer you all-round support for processes such as hydrocracking.

Graco Process Pumps -Air Operated Diaphram Pumps

An air operated diaphragm pump (also known as AODD pump or membrane pump) is a type of positive displacement pump that uses compressed air as a power source. The compressed air is shifted from one chamber to the other by a linked shaft that allows the chambers to move simultaneously. This back-and-forth motion, forces liquid out of one chamber and into the outlet manifold, while filling the opposite fluid chamber via the inlet manifold. Upon changeover, the fluid section that was filled on the previous shift empties into the outlet manifold and the fills the opposite chamber via the inlet manifold. The rapid changeover allows for reduced pulsation at the outlet.
