WEIR Knife Gate Valves

As specialists in WARMAN pumps we are also proud to offer the WEIR range of knife gate valves, including the USA made Delta range and more cost effective ISOgate range. The range also includes pneumatic pinch valves, mining quality check vales (non return) and the Autoball AB3 valve.

There are a number of processes within a mine site which require specialised valves designed to handle highly abrasive environments.

Delta Industrial™ knife gate valves are ideal for many of these demanding processes.

Mill circuit

The mill circuit presents a number of issues when selecting a valve. Large particle sizes, high percentages of solids, and high specific gravity make selecting the correct valve critical to achieving the least possible downtime. We can customise our Delta Industrial™ valves to provide optimal performance in any part of the mill circuit. The Delta Industrial™ 15 series and Centre, Block and Bleed (CBB) valves provide outstanding isolation performance, with zero leakage shut-off and no discharge to the nvironment during operation.

Tailings and slurry transport

Tailings consist of ground rock and process effluents that are generated in a mine processing plant. Mechanical and chemical processes are used to extract the desired product from the run of the mine ore and produce a waste stream known as tailings. The pressure in these lines can exceed 50bar (725psi), necessitating engineered valve solutions for safe and reliable operation. We have developed the Delta Industrial™ 60 series valves for such applications, being capable of handling 102bar (1480psi).

Carver GH End-Suction Centrifugal Pump

GH

Available as either a frame-mounted (GHF) or close-coupled (GHC) unit, the GH is based on the same product platform as our vertical pumps and shares many of the same parts.

For added simplicity, the entire series is covered by only three bearing frames and comes in whole pump or modular kit form. The GHC is fully compatible with standard, off-the-shelf NEMA JP and JM frame motors, and all models feature a back pull-out design and casings rotatable in 90° increments for different field piping orientations

Carver GH End-Suction Centrifugal Pump

Other common features for the GH include 316 SS shaft sleeves, keyed impellers to prevent accidental spin off, dynamic balancing to ISO G2.5 guidelines, and re re greaseable bearings secured with locking rings, as standard. These features combine to produce shaft deflection values so low that they exceed the requirements of ANSI B73.1M-1991 and overall, provide some of the most efficient hydraulics in the industry.

Options for the JP include replaceable wear rings, cartridge seals, and flush plans. Along with these, higher alloy material options such as Ni-Al-Br and CD4MCuN and a full range of motor and baseplate choices are also available.

Carver Pump Ltd RS Multistage,Ring Section Pump

Multistage, Ring Section Pump

Our process duty, horizontal ring section multistage pump. Designed for moderate to high-pressure pumping, the RS is available in seven basic sizes with overall performance to 2,600 HP.

Carver Pump Ltd RS Multistage,Ring Section Pump

For Pressures to 1,500 PSI

The RS is offered with Class 300 ANSI R.F. inlet flanges and Class 600 or 900 ANSI R.F. discharge flanges, depending on the pressures and number of stages involved. Hydraulic performance extends to 2,000 GPM and 3,400 ft. TDH, making it ideally suited for the most demanding industrial and process applications.

The RS design incorporates a product-lubricated, advanced composite material, sleeve-type radial bearing at the outboard (discharge) end. The thrust bearings are two matched angular contact ball bearings located at the inboard (suction) end of the pump. An optional outboard mechanical seal with an inboard radial ball bearing is also available. The RS has oil-lubricated ball bearings, which can be water cooled. Larger units can also be fan cooled.

The available materials of construction, from ductile iron to duplex stainless steel, offer combinations suitable for all applications from general water services to light abrasives and corrosive applications. Our proprietary advanced composite material, available for wear rings and interstage bushings, offers high-temperature performance, and exceptional resistance to wear and corrosion.

Grundfos Dosing pumps

Grundfos offers a wide range of dosing pumps representing state-of-the-art technology.

Digital Dosing solutions (SMART Digital, DME, DDI) set new standards in liquid chemical handling and accuracy. The operator can easily install and set up the pump to discharge exactly the quantity of dosing liquid required for the process in a unique drive- and flow-control management concept. The setting of the pump is displayed in ml/h, l/h or gph, and the operation mode is easily identified by means of icons.

The DMH mechanical hydraulic dosing pump range is the preferred choice for industrial and complex tasks. The DMH range is a series of extremely strong, robust pumps for applications where a substantial dosing range and high-pressure capabilities are required

March-Turbine Pumps

March Manufacturing began in 1954 as a job shop performing precision machining for the aircraft industry.  In 1955, March developed its first pump for removing cooling coil condensation.  Our first magnetic drive pump came out in 1962.  In the late 60’s, March ceased operating in the aircraft industry to concentrate on pumps.

Originally located in Skokie, IL, a suburb of Chicago, March moved in 1968 to Glenview, IL to a larger building to better accomodate the increasing demand for sealless pumps.

The company was founded by William Zimmermann.  Since the beginning, March has been managed by the Zimmermann family, and  continues today.

March-Turbine Pumps

Series HTP-C-SS March Turbine Mag Drive Pump

The March Pumps HTP-C-SS Turbine Pump is a mag drive pump. Capabilities include generating a max flow of 3 Gallons Per Minute (GPM) at 5' (Feet). Maximum head is 84' (Feet)  or around 36 PSI. Standard wet end materials that come into contact with the solution is composed of 316 SS (Stainless Steel), Ryton, Viton and Ceramic. The inlet connection is 1/2" and the outlet is 1/2". The turbine pump is powered by a 1 Phase 230 Volt 50/60 HZ motor.  Maximum internal pressure the pump can tolerate is 300 PSI. The maximum liquid temperature is 212 Fahrenheit or 100 Celsius. Marchs' Turbine mag drive pump is capable of handling mildly or highly corrosive chemicals, acids and solvents.
