For Pressures to 1,500 PSI

The RS is offered with Class 300 ANSI R.F. inlet flanges and Class 600 or 900 ANSI R.F. discharge flanges, depending on the pressures and number of stages involved. Hydraulic performance extends to 2,000 GPM and 3,400 ft. TDH, making it ideally suited for the most demanding industrial and process applications.

The RS design incorporates a product-lubricated, advanced composite material, sleeve-type radial bearing at the outboard (discharge) end. The thrust bearings are two matched angular contact ball bearings located at the inboard (suction) end of the pump. An optional outboard mechanical seal with an inboard radial ball bearing is also available. The RS has oil-lubricated ball bearings, which can be water cooled. Larger units can also be fan cooled.

The available materials of construction, from ductile iron to duplex stainless steel, offer combinations suitable for all applications from general water services to light abrasives and corrosive applications. Our proprietary advanced composite material, available for wear rings and interstage bushings, offers high-temperature performance, and exceptional resistance to wear and corrosion.

Aussie QP Engine Driven Trash / Fire Pumps

Heavy Duty fully transportable engine driven pumps for a wide range of applications. QP Aussie pumps are designed for local conditions and the range is extensive enough to cover applications.

Fire Fighting Pumps - Designed to out-perform and out-feature all other portable firefighting pumps, the Aussie Fire Chief is the flagship of the Aussie series. The range includes 2” and 3” fire fighting pumps delivers flows to 510 lpm (litres per minute) and heads to 98 metres.

Trash Pumps - Rugged trash pumps in 2”, 3” and 4” with flows to 1800 lpm, heads to 27 metres and suction lift to 7.6 metres. The pumps feature a big front mounted 'cleanout' port and high SG, cast iron, non clog style, open impeller and volute system designed to pump solids in suspension and resist wear.

Transfer Pumps - Aussie gushers (transfer pumps) are available in a range of sizes from 2” to a massive 6″ inlet/outlet. Designed to be ultra reliable, these pumps have applications in the transfer of high volumes of liquid at relatively low pressures. Flows of up to 2900 lpm, (QP602) with heads of up to 33 metres.

The Packo VPCP pump is specifically designed for damage free pumping of vegetables. The Packo stainless steel pumps of the VPCP series are the reference in soft and damage free pumping of vegetables,potatoes, mussels, shrimps, etc. Traditionally vegetables are moved by conveyors but when changes of direction or height are required conveyors are expensive and costly to maintain. Hydro conveying involves combining the product with water and then pumping them together via pipework. In comparison to conveyors pipework is cost effective, adaptable and often maintenance free. Due to the fact that they have an extremely large passage and to its specially designed vanes they guarantee a smooth handling of your product.

Graco Process Pumps -Air Operated Diaphram Pumps

An air operated diaphragm pump (also known as AODD pump or membrane pump) is a type of positive displacement pump that uses compressed air as a power source. The compressed air is shifted from one chamber to the other by a linked shaft that allows the chambers to move simultaneously. This back-and-forth motion, forces liquid out of one chamber and into the outlet manifold, while filling the opposite fluid chamber via the inlet manifold. Upon changeover, the fluid section that was filled on the previous shift empties into the outlet manifold and the fills the opposite chamber via the inlet manifold. The rapid changeover allows for reduced pulsation at the outlet.
