Standard Pump motors are designed to operate in the most demanding of environments. An extensive line ofExplosion Proof, TEFC, Open Drip-Proof and Air motors provide durability and safety regardless of the environment.
An air operated diaphragm pump (also known as AODD pump or membrane pump) is a type of positive displacement pump that uses compressed air as a power source. The compressed air is shifted from one chamber to the other by a linked shaft that allows the chambers to move simultaneously. This back-and-forth motion, forces liquid out of one chamber and into the outlet manifold, while filling the opposite fluid chamber via the inlet manifold. Upon changeover, the fluid section that was filled on the previous shift empties into the outlet manifold and the fills the opposite chamber via the inlet manifold. The rapid changeover allows for reduced pulsation at the outlet.
Designed with fewer parts than competitive pumps, Graco’s air operated double diaphragm pumps features our stall-free, low pulsation air valve, which is externally accessible—ensuring rapid changeovers and minimum downtimes.
Graco’s electric double diaphragm pumps (EODD) are ideal for applications that require low pulsation and a smooth flow. Our energy efficient electric drive reduces energy consumption up to 5x compared to traditional air operated diaphragm pumps.
Each pump is ruggedly constructed to resist corrosion and deliver a long, trouble-free product life.
The Graco diaphragm pumps come in a wide range of air operated and electric diaphragm pumps (ATEX models available). You can also choose from a extensive selection of materials to handle numerous applications, including corrosive and abrasive fluid transfer.
March Manufacturing began in 1954 as a job shop performing precision machining for the aircraft industry. In 1955, March developed its first pump for removing cooling coil condensation. Our first magnetic drive pump came out in 1962. In the late 60’s, March ceased operating in the aircraft industry to concentrate on pumps.
Originally located in Skokie, IL, a suburb of Chicago, March moved in 1968 to Glenview, IL to a larger building to better accomodate the increasing demand for sealless pumps.
The company was founded by William Zimmermann. Since the beginning, March has been managed by the Zimmermann family, and continues today.
Centrifugal Sealless Magnetic Drive Pumps. Flows from 0 to 200GPM. Heads from 0 160 ft. AC, DC & Air Motors. Fractional to 10HP.
Wilden’s accessory products offer flexibility and value to your liquid process and expand the application range of Wilden pumps by complimenting the performance and specification of your pump. Wilden electronic controllers automate your Wilden pump for batching, and other electronically controlled dispensing applications and processes. By eliminating pump pulsation we can also create laminar process flow, or control the liquid level within a system or process.
