Air Operated Double Diaphragm Pumps

Graco Process Pumps -Air Operated Diaphram Pumps

An air operated diaphragm pump (also known as AODD pump or membrane pump) is a type of positive displacement pump that uses compressed air as a power source. The compressed air is shifted from one chamber to the other by a linked shaft that allows the chambers to move simultaneously. This back-and-forth motion, forces liquid out of one chamber and into the outlet manifold, while filling the opposite fluid chamber via the inlet manifold. Upon changeover, the fluid section that was filled on the previous shift empties into the outlet manifold and the fills the opposite chamber via the inlet manifold. The rapid changeover allows for reduced pulsation at the outlet.

Graco Process Pumps -Air Operated Diaphram Pumps

Designed with fewer parts than competitive pumps, Graco’s air operated double diaphragm pumps features our stall-free, low pulsation air valve, which is externally accessible—ensuring rapid changeovers and minimum downtimes.

Graco’s electric double diaphragm pumps (EODD) are ideal for applications that require low pulsation and a smooth flow. Our energy efficient electric drive reduces energy consumption up to 5x compared to traditional air operated diaphragm pumps.

Each pump is ruggedly constructed to resist corrosion and deliver a long, trouble-free product life.

The Graco diaphragm pumps come in a wide range of air operated and electric diaphragm pumps (ATEX models available). You can also choose from a extensive selection of materials to handle numerous applications, including corrosive and abrasive fluid transfer.

Graco Process Pumps-Sanitary Diaphragm Pump

Gracos air operated, and electric double diaphragm pumps (AODD & EODD) are designed to pump a broad range of foods, including concentrated fruit juices, sauces, pastes, starches, wine, food-grade oil, jams and jellies. Saniforce AODD pumps transfer a broad range of food & personal care products. The pneumatic diaphragm pumps are designed to tackle rigorous, continuous duty use with high flow rates and portability. They are manufactured with your productivity in mind – providing you with one of the most reliable pumps on the market. Pump & machinery are the NZ specialists in Graco.

Graco Process Pumps-Sanitary Diaphragm Pump

Graco portable food-grade double diaphragm pumps offer food processors flow rates that are at least 25% greater than many competitive pumps. Higher flow rates give you the flexibility to process more food products, ranging from low to medium viscosity fluids. Additionally, Graco's class-leading dependable diaphragm pumps offer a wide range of food-grade elastomers including Santoprene, PTFE and overmolded EPDM/PTFE.

For maximum sanitary safety, all fluid contact materials in our sanitary double diaphragm pumps also comply with FDA regulations, including the U.S. Code of Federal Regulations (CFR) Title 21.
