March Chemical Pumps

March Manufacturing began in 1954 as a job shop performing precision machining for the aircraft industry.  In 1955, March developed its first pump for removing cooling coil condensation.  Our first magnetic drive pump came out in 1962.  In the late 60’s, March ceased operating in the aircraft industry to concentrate on pumps.

Originally located in Skokie, IL, a suburb of Chicago, March moved in 1968 to Glenview, IL to a larger building to better accomodate the increasing demand for sealless pumps.

The company was founded by William Zimmermann.  Since the beginning, March has been managed by the Zimmermann family, and  continues today.

NETZSCH Lobe Pumps

Rotary lobe pumps are equally suitable for low and high-viscous media. Due to their large free ball passage and low rotational speed they are relatively tolerant to blockage and solid materials in the medium. Varying solid content and thereby caused pressure variations are no factor to the flow. Their performance capacity is higher than that of many other positive displacement pumps of the same type. As energy is the most decisive factor of life cycle costs this is one of the most important benefits of this pump technology.

NETZSCH Lobe Pumps

Delivery characteristics of a rotary lobe pump

  • Flow rate up to 1000 m³/h
  • Pressure up to 10 bar
  • Speed: up to 500 rpm
  • Free ball passage: up to 70 mm

Scully Tank Protection Systems

Scully Signal is the world leader in fail-safe overfill protection for petro-chemical road tankers and fixed storage tanks. It is standard equipment in use at most New Zealand fuel terminals. Scully employs self checking failsafe technology in all its designs.

Scully Tank Protection Systems

Protect your fueling operations with a complete line of Scully Liquid Safety Systems

  • No operator on top of the vehicle ensures reduced liabilities and lower insurance costs
  • Hatch remains closed, eliminating potential environmental and safety hazards
  • Replaces older mechanical jet level sensors or floats that can fail at any point with no detection
  • Dynacheck® Self-Checking circuitry means your Scully overfill prevention system checks itself 30 times per second to prevent human error, and if any sensor or component failure is detected, it automatically shuts down the operation
  • One connection does it all—overfill protection, static grounding, and Dead Man Control.
  • An Audio Interface Module with alarm is available for applications such as U.S. Navy Refueler and Defueler operations where an audio alert is required

In some applications, a Scully IntelliCheck® onboard control unit is used to control functions such as advanced interface modules, and bottom loading or defueling shutdown controls. Vehicles can be outfitted with an independent dual level system (high & high/high). The high-level sensor is controlled at the fill stand by a Scully control unit. The high/high sensor can be installed as a secondary shut down method controlling the vehicle’s bottom loading valves. If the valve or pump fails to shut down fuel flow at the fill stand, the secondary vehicle system will take over and shut down the vehicle’s bottom loading valve. The U.S. Air Force has standardized on this system.

Vehicle Identification Systems, which communicate via the overfill system plug to the control unit at the fill stand, can also be used to prevent mixing of different fuel grades.

Scully aviation systems have been standard equipment on U.S. Navy refuelers and Air Force R-11 refuelers for many years and are also in use in the commercial aviation market.

Corken Rotary Vane Pumps

The positive displacement, sliding-vane design is well suited for higher capacity, medium head pumping applications. The sliding vane design is unique because it can handle small amounts of vapor formed at the pump suction, and the vanes are self-adjusting for extended wear. A variety of sealing options are available and the range includes magnetically coupled pumps.

Corken Rotary Vane Pumps

Corken offers several industrial sliding vane pumps for a wide range of vapor pressures, differential pressures, and viscosities. All industrial pumps are equipped with an adjustable internal relief valve and feature self-adjusting sliding vanes and vane drivers to improve pumping efficiency. And, maintenance is simple. Removing the pump cover gives full access to the rotor, cam, sideplates, seals, and bearings. Drive options include gear reducer, V-belt, and hydraulic.

Suitable liquids include but are not limited to aviation fuel, fuel oil, lube oil, solvents, and liquefied gases such as LPG, ammonia, and carbon dioxide.

JEC Sanitary Centrifugal Pumps

JEC sanitary centrifugal pumps perform at a high efficiency level which gives the benefit of low energy consumption. This is achieved by the spiral shaped casing and a double curved impeller, which reduces friction and turbulence and increases suction capacity (low net positive suction head). Despite the higher performance level, fluids are handled gently compared with normal centrifugal pumps, thereby safeguarding product integrity. The pumps operate at a low noise level which allows safer and more comfortable manufacturing conditions.

JCP series offer a number of features that maximize cleanability, and it is approved of EHEDG and 3-A authorization. Precision casted casing and compact seal system extend seal life, which minimizes down time of system.

External balanced Front Loading Seal extends seal life and easy to maintenance.

Wilden Plastic Air Operated Diaphragm Pumps

Wilden®plastic pumps are specifically engineered for maximum performance and efficiency in a variety of applications. In choosing a plastic pump over a metal pump, price, chemical compatibility and mobility come into play. Wilden plastic pumps are lighter compared to metal pumps and therefore easier to transport. The Wilden Advanced Series AODD plastic pump is lighter compared to metal pumps and is easier to transport. When chemical compatibility is critical, plastic AODD pumps provide an outstanding option over metal pumps that are incompatible with certain chemicals. The bolted configuration ensures total product containment optimised liquid path reduces internal friction to maximise output and efficiency. The clamped configuration ensures reliability without sacrificing ease of maintenance. The clamp bands are easily removed for replacement of diaphragms and easy cleaning.

A variety of elastomer options, including Teflon® PTFE, are available to meet abrasion, temperature and chemical-compatibility requirements. The Bolted Series plastic pumps are offered in polypropylene, PVDF and Teflon® PFA. A variety of options, such as ANSI and DIN flanges, and specialised air distribution systems (ADS) are available to meet specific application requirements.

Blacoh Sentry Sanitary Plastic Pulsation Dampeners

Any type of fluid pump such as Air Operated Double Diaphragm, Metering, Hose, or Centrifugal pump will ultimately create uneven pulses in your system just due to its fluctuating nature.  However, over time this will quickly wear out the components of your pump as well as the overall system, often leading to sudden cracks in the pump or damage to the equipment.

A pulsation dampener is designed to absorb and give pressure when needed in order to smooth out the flow and reduce up to 99% of pulsation and shock in the system. Don’t wait until it’s too late; protect your system from the beginning.  Learn more about dampeners for any application:
